Neil Sims is one of the founding partners of Optimum. Neil has spent his entire career as an independent business person focused on the service industry. It is Neil's belief that staffing must always be considered a very interpersonal responsibility, and that the trust a client places in a search professional has significant impact on the success of a development venture.

Conversely, Neil believes that it is critical for Optimum to represent only the best opportunities in software since decisions to make career moves have pivotal impact on the lives of candidates and their families.

Neil received his training with a large staffing firm in the Bay area and recognized the opportunity represented by bringing a higher level of commitment to the individual to the staffing industry. Neil co-founded Optimum in 1992.
